The SNDP Yogam Arts & Science College , Kizhakkupuram is a prestigious institution run and owned by the SNDP Yogam , founded by the great spiritual saint Sree Narayana Guru. HISTORY OF THE COLLEGE

Nestled among the picturesque , green , misty hills that form part of the Western Ghats and surrounded by a number of cascades that spring up to life during the rains , the SNDP Yogam Arts & Science College , Kizhakkupuram is an educational institution that has left an indelible mark on the socio-cultural perspectives of the place since it's inception in 2013. One of the pristine places in Konni , the college is in harmony with nature , away from the hustle and bustle of the city , that makes it a perfect destination for your educational needs -- one that reminds you of the ancient Gurukula system.

The SNDP Yogam Arts & Science College , Kizhakkupuram was established on 22nd July , 2013 under the able guidance and leadership of stalwarts like Sri Vellappalli Nateshan , Sri C P Sudarshan, and Sri K Padmakumar ; with 5 UG courses and 2 PG courses .The institution took off to the path of excellence under the able guidance and leadership of our first Principal Prof. Hemalatha , the lady whose far-sightedness and prowess catapulted the college to new heights within a short span. It was Prof. M N Salim , our second principal , who was more an academician than an administrator , who spearheaded our efforts to grow further. Presently , the college rests in the safe hands of Dr. M V Suresh, carrying forth the rich tradition of distinction , both in the curricular and extra-curricular activities The institution is committed to mould future generations, providing them with skills and placement and at the same time, be the ambassadors of peace and prosperity in the society. The torch of Enlightenment through Education handed over by our spiritual leader, the great Sri Narayana Guru, has been promptly taken to higher zeniths.
